I am a British freelance consultant specialising in communications in the developing world. My core interest is radio for development in Africa. I have the following skills and qualifications: fluent French speaker (MA, Oxford University, 1986), facilitation skills, researching, gender issues, writing and editing, digital audio editing, live radio presenting. I have more than 20 years' experience of field-work in Africa and extensive experience in qualitative monitoring and evaluation and a doctorate in development communications (PhD, Reading University, 2014).
